Pros

HomeGoods discount, great benefits, some Overtime pay for working weekends. Other supervisors are good people, and management tries to be helpful. Most of their managers are hired from in house.

Cons

No overtime pay for Overtime forced to work during the week (already a 10 hour day, then sometimes add two more)

Pros

I met a lot of great people working at HomeGoods. Working hourly also allowed me to take time off for classes and other events.

Cons

While I liked most of the managers, the senior manager at my store seemed out of touch with the rest of the employees. I wish there was more evaluation of senior management, as I felt blame for certain hiccups was sometimes misplaced.
