Pros

The job is not difficult cognitively but physically. It’s a simple retail job,

Cons

Training seems haphazard, pressure to perform is intense, employees are only recognized when obtaining new credit card applications. No creativity, pressure of the retail marketing schedule makes ever more difficult, ie; Christmas coming out in September, garden pots and outside furniture January.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.
