Pros

Older co-workers were friendly, didn't take broken items out of paychecks, and the younger manager was friendly

Cons

Management barely spoke to each other, rarely worked with employees' schedules, didn't say anything when schedules were changed out of nowhere, and they had so many broken headsets that they weren't going to replace.

Pros

Great for high schoolers and people with a tight time frame. Reasonable discounts throughout the entire TJX family

Cons

Not much growth for career development, as you can imagine.
