Pros

have the ability to be creative, making displays customers are usually really friendly

Cons

sometimes its really busy and you will be running around the store helping customer after another especially when understaffed but sometimes that to be expected

it was difficult to carry heavy furniture to peoples cars

Pros

Very Friendly, nice team. Great culture and environment.

Cons

poor management in term of scheduling shifts and breaks , some coordinators are so picky and try to find every little single mistake and if you don't have any mistakes they will still complaint about your work. ( some of them tho not all)
