Pros

Free parking Paid on time Few good staff still remaining

Cons

*Incredibly stressful place and got much worse with targets getting more and more strict with each year coming. * Retention Save target causes huge stress amongst the staff, don't hit it, you are put in a pip which is very very stressful in itself. Management don't get it! *AVERAGE HANDLING TIME (AHT) is impossible to hit, you just stop breathing when customer goes on a bit (remember most customers are 70+ yrs they are gonna take longer to be served properly. * very negative culture and 1st line managers are new and don't fully understand the roles purely driven by data and no reflection how their actions impact staff moral and mental well being. Never had a pay rise in last 8 years - serious so wrong when I put heart and soul into this business.
