Going downhill

Pros

Previously a great culture, felt like a family. Possible to get the positive culture back if the everyone focus on it. Good pay and perks. Work from home during Covid. New laptops.

Cons

Each year they make lots of people redundant and the people left have to take on more work. Everyone seems very stressed and over worked. Disorganised, priorities and projects keep changing. There’s no trust between teams or people, lots of blame when things go wrong and more time writing slides for the senior managers than doing work. No bonus paid again this year and no payrise but they make huge profits.
