It takes a while to understand the HomeServe journey. You think bad fine... is this really a company that can change?
Well the strategy first got my attention and was one of reasons I joined. At first I was a bit overwhelmed by everything that went on. Emails from everyone in the company, Customer first meetings that happen every morning across the business, anyone can suggest things, the openness of senior management, CMO and CEO walking around and knowing and talking to people.
Also the passion that people have, its infectious though. I am now 6 months into my journey and starting to feel at home! People are really hard working but its appreciated by senior management, we are all going for the same goal, we really do trust each other and we want to do the best for customer. It's a crazy place full of openness and sharing but it what I am loving about it. I can't wait to see where we go to in a few years time.
