Pros

Team spirit, effective leaders, open door policy, open to change, learnt from their mistakes, always looking for ways to improve

Cons

The pay structure is flawed. People doing exactly the same job but In different departments getting paid different salaries. However the leadership team are aware and this is currently under review

Pros

• Clean toilet/eating facilities. • Extensive training. • Staff treat you as on of their own from the outset & throughout. • Full floor support when going live. • Large car park. • Always something going on & everyone can be involved in it. • Managers/higher members of staff talk to you on the same level rather than speaking down to you.

Cons

• Open on Sundays. • Food facilities in the main building have much more food options than the one in the Ryder building.

Pros

It takes a while to understand the HomeServe journey. You think bad fine... is this really a company that can change? Well the strategy first got my attention and was one of reasons I joined. At first I was a bit overwhelmed by everything that went on. Emails from everyone in the company, Customer first meetings that happen every morning across the business, anyone can suggest things, the openness of senior management, CMO and CEO walking around and knowing and talking to people. Also the passion that people have, its infectious though. I am now 6 months into my journey and starting to feel at home! People are really hard working but its appreciated by senior management, we are all going for the same goal, we really do trust each other and we want to do the best for customer. It's a crazy place full of openness and sharing but it what I am loving about it. I can't wait to see where we go to in a few years time.

Cons

Only downside is our previous reputation
