Pros

HomeServe is a colection of companies in different countries. Labor laws and conditions change a bit from country to country, but overall it is quite homogeneous. The culture is open and acepting while being very professional. There is an expectation of achieving goals, without having a continuous monitoring of the progress. Allows for a degree of independance and autonomy that fosters professional growth.

Cons

Each company is very independant so working for a particular country is different than working for its neighbour, and so on. Said this, there is a minimal standard ensured across all geographies that makes any office a good place to work in. Because the size of each company is also different, there is more opportunity to grow in smaller offices than more mature ones. In any case there is a continous pursuit of talent.
