Project deliverables frequently flaky, lack of accountability suits many incumbents.

Cons

Lack of trust as 'mates' promoted beyond capability rather than embracing progress. Basic disciplines still poor, ropey techology implementations plus cover ups and blame culture. Takeover will cause unknown fallout, but likely to be beneficial long term
