Pros

Good people work the best they can

Cons

1. Poor higher management, employees feel that they are not being treated fairly and are not receiving proper support from people above. 2. Lack of career opportunity’s, face fits culture and there are no opportunities for growth or advancement within the company even if your work hard for it. 3. Unreasonable workload, employees feel that they are being overworked and are expected to work harder without proper compensation or support as employee turnover continues to increase as employers only look at seasonal workers. This has been the case for many years and has led to many employees feeling burnt out due to high call volumes. 4. Low pay and benefits as employees feel that they are not being paid fairly or are not receiving adequate benefits as it’s a difficult job in difficult times and the company has not adjusted to this which reflects poor management. 5. Poor company culture, employees feel that the company culture is toxic and unsupportive, they do not feel motivated to work. Also there is the constant pressure from management and operational managers that they are unable to work with the individuals and feel the need to micromanage every single employee regardless of their tenure.
