Pros

This is a really great company in so many ways, good benefits, open minded and approachable directors. Great social activities, charity days, etc made going to work rewarding and enjoyable.

Cons

The IT systems that support the Claim Center have been managed by under skilled and inexperienced staff over the last few years. Any serious IT professionals will move on after time. Additional issues with faces not fitting especially when IT ‘management’ are challenged over quality and performance of deliverables. The extent of the problems are hidden from higher management at the detriment of skilled and honest staff.
