Pros

Culture is fantastic. People are listened to and all are pulling in a common direction. Success is celebrated and people are invested in. Pay is above average

Cons

no real con's, however a minor one is a pull back from Hybrid to work in the office applied unilaterally, without consideration for those that joined during or post pandemic where Hybrid / Home working was the norm and was a major draw for joining.
