Pros

These guys look after their employees. Decent pay and lots of benifits. They paid us in full for the whole of lockdown which was very generous.

Cons

Was made redundant unfortunately as they decided selling boilers with field based staff was not commercially viable for them.

Pros

Real team spirit and culture centred around customers and employees. Excellent benefits and opportunities for progression, hard work is rewarded well. If you're willing and able to go the extra mile you'll go far. Covid handled very well, kept everyone safe while still making sure customers could use the services when they really needed them. Must be one of very few companies that didn't jump on the furlough bandwagon.

Cons

Fast pace of change can sometimes leave people behind or struggling to keep up to date. Systems are a little challenging but they're being changed for the better now.
