      Pros

      Very open culture. You can say it how it is senior people listen and things get done. Just introduced a new pay and grading system which removes targets that may negatively impact Customers. Very flat organisation where senior people are always accessible and CEO has a voracious appetite for 1:1s with anyone. Fun is allowed.

      Cons

      Don't always get it right but well intentioned and are trying to improve.
