happy place/strange work culture

everyone is happy they have an answer to every question great provisions of work materials to keep you in the light

Cons

strange environment based on how they interact with one another, almost like a cult. but they are always happy, cannot fault them for that at least. seems to have a high turnover rate, people constantly bowed out gracefully.

Teams are super motivated to work quickly with small business owners in mind - everyone's open to feedback and the workplace culture keeps everyone moving towards the same ends!

Cons

With so many teams and growth moving so quickly, it can sometimes be hard to maintain focus month to month.
