      They are very understanding of family matters, fun people to work with.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the greatest. You can get more from other companies. They tend to drag their feet on reviews and promotions.

      Pros

      The people I work with are great. Management is a bit scattered but overall, the company is stable. The building is nice and the transportation system/parking benefits are good.

      Cons

      Lots of mixed messages with little direction as far as what our future holds for us. The leader left the company and the future doesn't look great. There is no profit share or any real benefit to helping the company succeed besides keeping a day job.
