      Good benefits Monday thru Friday schedule

      Trouble being honest Employees are just another number If they don't like you, they will find a way to fire you no matter how much you've contributed to the company or what position you hold There are so many other things to add however I feel I've already wasted too much time caring about this place and the people only to have them turn their backs on me in the end Good luck, you're going to need it

      Under new ownership, now everything sucks

      Pros

      When we started working from home this felt like the best job ever. Hands down the best commission plan. We had our best sales year ever and because we had collectively shown that we could WFH productively they shut down the office permanently. Overall some of the nicest people ever working there from the top down.

      Cons

      CoStar acquired Homes.com and the first thing they did was eliminate our main revenue generating product. They forced everyone back into an office with very little notice. They fired everyone that couldn't make it into the office on one zoom call. If you work for homes.com now you are just working for CoStar and their sadistic little tyrant of a CEO. Just check out CoStars recent reviews on here and you'll see what I mean

      Pros

      Homes.com has a wonderful company environment. Everyone is super nice and willing to go out of their way to help if they're able. I've worked a handful of jobs in the past, and must say that the environment here is by far the best and outshines any others I've experienced before!

      Cons

      There aren't a ton of cons, I'd say the biggest one is probably pay as I'd love to be able to make more. Though this could always change, it seems their pay is slightly lower than the average for other similar positions.
