Pros

There are so many! Great work environment, with so much encouragement and team spirit. It is individual sales that are earned but group efforts and celebrations for each win. I have never worked in such a positive and professional environment. The earning possibility is endless and based on my effort, so staying positive and engaged is clutch to a great day/week/month/year! And the environment here cultivates that positivity. Also having the flexibility to work from home is amazing when needed and come back to the office to the great energy!

Cons

COVID - not getting to work with the entire team and having so much more energy in the pot of success.

Pros

They give you 3 months worth of training bonus on top of your base salary to help you acclimate to your role as an account executive, honing your sales skills and knowledge of the company's core products for real estate agents and brokers nationwide.

Cons

Once your training period is over, you are on monthly quota, and are expected to produce at or above to avoid getting written up, and/or terminated. This is sales, and is a grind, no matter how you slice it. The job will test your tenacity as you must cold call prospect to drum up business, as well as your mental fortitude to deal with rejection and losses, Real estate professionals are very sharp, and you have to be on your A-game. Inside sales in this niche requires a specific style of pitch to close. You'll find out quickly if this is a fit for you or not.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm happy to report that our training and development teams have been working to evolve our programs to ensure sales executives feel comfortable with the transition. That being said, we can always improve and continue to look for ways to enhance our system.
