Pros

The whole team from President down to Account Executive are amazing! I can not tell enough people about the new job I just landed. The training program has been a blessing to learn. They really care about doing things the correct way. Erin and Dre, shout out to them. I am proud to have an opportunity here at Homes.com and will do everything the Homes.com way! The training program is one of the best I have attended and the hands on learning is great. Three things to consider when working, have Fun, give your self a break and dont be to hard on yourself and if you know more today than you did yesterday, you are doing just fine! Having the ability to work from home is exceptionally great!

Cons

The cons are there are not enough companies like Homes.com and the culture they have! I do appreciate Homes.com

Pros

I would put the culture 5 times as the Pro if I could. Seriously I know we tend to go into jobs and hear about the culture and assume it will dissipate or its all just an act, but wow. Seriously that is the most positive work environment I have ever seen or read/heard about, EVER. All the management seems to care, all the coworkers have a comradery about them. People welcome in new hires with positivity you would actually not believe. Its a great place to work and if I wanted to name drop awesome people it would be a HUGE list even just mentioning management. Even the executive leadership are involved in this culture. Overall? If you are even 30% considering this job, do it. Do yourself a favor and try it out. Even if you don't make it you still got to take advantage of nationally recognized sales training, and a company culture so overwhelmingly positive odds are you'll leave a better person if nothing else.

Cons

The product is improving all the time, that said sometimes it does not work for agents or they just don't use it well. Make sure to set expectations correctly and figured out good packages for the area and you can actually avoid this con

Pros

Great People, Great Environment. Despite starting this role remotely during the pandemic, they have really made me feel part of a team. Potential for high commissions as well.

Cons

If you don’t like dialing, perhaps look elsewhere.

Thank you for this 5-star-review. We've worked incredibly hard to transition our sales teams to a work from home environment. For the most part, I think we've done pretty well but it's great to have this feedback. We will continue to be creative and ensure folks feel a part of our culture. Thanks again!
