Good benefits and a good income, base salary and unlimited commission structure. Daily coaching and weekly trainings to help perfect your sales techniques. Excellent division and individual acknowledgements and achievements (awards, bonuses, trips). Management team is very dynamic and positive. Onsite trainers and team leads are excellent individuals who have also done the position previously and are there to help you with one on ones and drive alongs.
Cons
As an individual, you have to be sales driven and not take rejection personally.
