Pros

Not much pros if any at all. Maybe pros are that you do get benefits.

Cons

Hiring practices are deceptive. You are told things during the hiring process that are not true, basically they sell you. I was interviewed by the "training manager" and she made it sound like I will get so much money. Then when you start the training manager only paid attention to people she liked. After that I moved to a another manager and worked late hours where there was no activity. Unable to get a hold of anyone after 3:30. The managers were not very helpful. There were two managers out of the four that managed the more advanced people and they didn't give anyone the time of day. Overall a bad experience and deceptive hiring practices and sales practices. It is a grind.

Thank you for the feedback. We, too, realized that the later shift was tough for folks so we have done away with it. As far as management attention to account executives, we also realize that its a challenge for our managers to give each of our account executives as much time as he or she would like. Since your time with us, we have added an additional manager to the team further expanding our capacity and the time each manager can spend coaching his/her teams. Earnings for our sales teams are uncapped so our goal is to invest in each of our account executives so that they can maximize their own earnings while helping real estate professionals get the tools they need to grow their own businesses. Thank for this feedback and the positive review. Like many companies today, we evaluate remote work possibilities. As you know, there are pros and cons. We've decided, at least for now, that the way to service our many customers most efficiently is through a collaborative office atmosphere. That said, we will continue to consider this. Thanks for all you do!

Pros

Great upper management team who truly care.

Cons

The company is a work in progress, there are a lot of internal processes that could be improved upon. There should be an established training program for all new hires to learn about the company.

Thank you for this feedback. It's satisfying to know that the care our leadership takes with our people and the business is appreciated. The company is, indeed, a work in progress and that is a good thing. We are growing. We are investing and as a digital business, we must remain nimble and fast-moving to capture and stay ahead of our opportunities. That said, we do acknowledge that more work can be done in the areas of training and development. Several recent steps have been taken on this front. We've gathered ideas and feedback from a variety of stakeholders and we've set a plan in motion to improve our onboarding training for sales representatives. We've also aligned all of our training and development resources across our sales and service teams to ensure consistency and to increase bandwidth. Thank you for pointing out this opportunity for improvement and thanks for all you do! We're excited about the future.
