      Not very many pros here.

      Cons

      Absolutely stay away, you will be verbally abused on daily basis. Very demanding and unhealthy work environment, you will regret taking this job your first week.

      Pros

      Growing start up with the best brand in the business. You can feel good about working for Honest, knowing they actually care about their employees and customers. Every team is knowledgeable and supportive of each other, and employees all support the same goal. Promotion from within for all departments. Great sales environment with a commitment to relationship building over strict quotas and deadlines.

      Pros

      Clocking out and turning on my TV.

      Cons

      Supervisors place you into a box that you'll never climb out of if you come into their technical support role. They don't like ambition or thinking outside of the box. And you better be ready to be glowing with a smile glued to your face every time you answer the phone. Otherwise they'll accuse you of pushing your personal problems on to the customer. To be Honest (no pun intended) it's just another job... There's no opportunity here, just perpetual frustration.
