They pay somewhat decent on paper. But if you figure out how much you're actually making per hour work you'll jump off a bridge

Cons

Overworked underpaid management will lie to you management will take 10 weeks of vacation until you get two weeks management will treat you like garbage

Money, route supervisors try to be on same level but management really shuts them down.

Cons

Management is a joke. Bully culture. Said at a conference literally “we love our uneducated work force”. And heard president in a meeting say “Human Resources is a bad word around here.” Work you to death and suck everything out of you and still want more. Then write you up for going over hours if you get caught in traffic on way back to yard. Make up stuff to let you go when they are done with you. Worst place I’ve ever worked for. Gave them my all and then they lied.
