Pros

Good salary as long as you keep your job

Cons

There is a lot of tell the boss what they want to hear attitude with plenty of micro management top-down. Toxic work culture. Weekends and late night working is routine. People in non-US locations get no regard for their time, vacation or weekends from staff in the US who have poor cross-cultural sensitivity. Covid-19 pressures have increased management anxiety and confusion resulting in proudly quoted "micro management" such as daily report the number of sales calls, speak to each seller everyday, several C-level management reviews and a few yelling matches. Lot of good people have left. Honeywell Connected Enterprise is a joke - they relabel the old company's legacy and claim credit for destroying and trying to rebuild it. Poor diversity in both nationality and gender. Lack of inclusion.

Completely Mind Blown

Pros

"unlimited" vacation...… this is nice when it's actually approved. the people are the best thing about this company. However, all of the good people are leaving.

Cons

Been here for almost two years now. I came in on the merger process when Honeywell was taking over. I always though of Honeywell as a great company to work for until I worked for them. Benefits changed drastically and the 401k is not as good as it used to be; they actually hold it until the end of the year to give you the match which allows them to collect interest on it. Hiring freezes which keep employees from seeking other opportunities within the company. Recently learned that Honeywell furloughs people at least once a year for a few weeks even if your branch of the company is profitable. There is no work/life balance at this company. They preach separating your work from your home life but how is that expected when you are working long weekends and away from your family for weeks on end. It would have been nice to take this job knowing that there is a potential to be furloughed .

Honeywell is ruining Intellgrated

Pros

The foundation of Intellgrated fostered an environment where the company could thrive. The old employees that have remained are wonderful colleagues.

Cons

Honeywell is a cutthroat corporate entity. Intellgrated just got put on furlough despite exceptional profits and propping up Honeywell for the past 2 years. Just last week the Honeywell CEO, Darius Adamczyk, was one of the signatories on the Business Round Table pledge to not focus solely on shareholders. It was clearly just lip service.
