Pros
- nothing really just a dying company that emphasizes on cutting edge technology whereas management doesn’t even know the software how it operates. Their priorities are not straight
Cons
- Company died after it got sold to carrier and now Honeywell. Management doesn’t care about the employees nor their growth. They think they know what they are doing but they don’t. They neglected the mobile application for many many years when it fails to load and it’s pathetic but instead their focus was on bringing in new features and working on web features when agents could barely use the web application. Clearly their priorities are not straight. Only when the company got massive emails about clients wanting to leave that’s when suddenly mobile application performance became the number 1 priority. - 0 growth opportunities - micromanagement and toxic workplace -low very very low salary
