      Work life balance, Flex Time for appointments.

      Cons

      No training, rude and caddie, talk bad about employees. Anxiety so bad at this place I needed up in the hospital.

      No micro managing. Great people to work with. Perks are pretty good.

      Cons

      Be ready to work a lot of hours during busy season, similar to a CPA Firm. If you do not have that mindset coming in, you will be blown away.
