      Pros

      Great work environment, nice people, nice clients. Reasonable working hours during busy season, fast learning curve, great benefits.

      Cons

      Need to balance out the composition of non for profit and commercial clients.

      Pros

      Great clients, nice people, professional but friendly environment. Most partners are young and older partners care about succession planning. Coming from national CPA firm I was pleasantly surprised how large and complex some on the clients are. Associates truly get exposure to all type of work and the training programs are excellent and work life balance is emphasized.

      Cons

      More happy hours is always good:)

      Average pay and good benefits Very friendly clients Good access to continued education and resources for audit and accounting research and support

      Cons

      -Constantly cutting time budgets and length of time allowed in the field while increasing the amount/quality of work to be performed. -No work/life balance -No clear pathways of communication to resolve issues -Several managers and partners with a serious deficiency in management / communication skills
