      Good company if you’re a patient or family

      Pros

      Excellent benefit package. I enjoyed working with my patients and their families. Overall the company has potential to be excellent if they were more professional.

      Cons

      CEO, Management for RN case managers, Human Resource, some employees, amongst others were very unprofessional. Company seemed welcoming at first but turned out to be a terrible place to work for. Not helpful at all, especially with new employees. Doesn’t take constructive criticism and complaints seriously. Too much drama leading to a very unpleasant and unprofessional workplace. Management and HR not helpful when coming to them with issues in the workplace. Complaints not taken seriously and ignored. Favoritism amongst employees.

      I am having a very organized orientation. The organization wants all staff to succeed. My direct supervisor is super approachable and has her hand on the pulse. The team I am working with is awesome and all staff are so welcoming.

      I don’t have a con so far.

      The benefit package is extensive. The equipment provided is new and nice.

      Cons

      They promote a culture of inclusion. They say they are a family. But when you need help they are not supportive.
