      Pros

      I am having a very organized orientation. The organization wants all staff to succeed. My direct supervisor is super approachable and has her hand on the pulse. The team I am working with is awesome and all staff are so welcoming.

      Cons

      I don’t have a con so far.

      All the trainers were great and very helpful & and gave us the right tools and information.

      Pros

      The floor was open for all questions I had and they answered well. They were all so helpful with our equipment.

      Cons

      While taking care of a patient that had just passed while I was on training and a another staff that was on duty deposited a soiled linen in the hamper in the room where we where working.

      Pros

      This company has a very thorough orientation process and very transparent staff. the inpatient unit is newly renovated with 30 beds and has an easily-accessible multidisciplinary team. Friendly staff overall and a two new assistant managers.

      Cons

      Charting system is a bit outdated, for example the system does not have physician order entry. Long orientation process BUT well worth it :)
