      Pros

      The entire process from the initial communication to the first week of orientation was a very pleasant experience and staff maintained transparency about expectations.

      Cons

      The only con I would mention would be that once the employee is set-up to begin orientation that they could supply the pending schedule for the first few weeks before the second day of orientation.

      The work is meaningful and satisfying. Leadership has been very supportive through the pandemic

      Cons

      Field staff have to travel to see patients, but most of the time in a limited area
