      Autonomy Good benefits Hospice work is very rewarding

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Salary increases barely keep up with cost of living.

      Pros

      The focus is on providing excellent care to patients as opposed to how much money you can make the organization. HH also has a focus on taking care of employees. Healthcare is a demanding professional field, but there seems to be a real focus on taking care of employees as well as patients.

      Cons

      Most clinical positions involve travel
