      Pros

      - Fully-Remote after training - Manager is extremely understanding and flexible - Mostly work on your own and need to be independent - Friendly working environment -Overall good work balance

      Cons

      - Steep learning curve as there is no SOP and little guidance. (Mostly learn everything on your own) - There are random times you need to work OT because you need to get reports send, but receive data late (Reasonable almost all the time)

      great mission based organization , great co workers and work life balance and great benefits and vacation time . love the ability to float to hospice as a therapist. no issue getting time off

      sometimes challenging patients as high level of end of life patients .

      Pros

      I have worked in a number of nonprofit organizations during my 40+-year career, and HopeHealth is the best run, most responsive and supportive of them all. The health care industry is very competitive in this country and HopeHealth manages to navigate constant change while always keeping patients' needs foremost. My colleagues support my department's work and are true partners. Working with grieving families is probably not for everyone, but it is also extremely rewarding.

      Some may find being around illness, death and dying challenging.
