Initially I enjoyed working at Horizon however, my department became very toxic and management did not step in to support the team. The environment because hostile and the entire team turned over.

Cons

The department/branch is a lawsuit waiting to happen because management did not step in to stop hostile behaviors.

First off, training is a joke. I was thrown in with little to none and no prior banking experience. Thankfully my branch manager was amazing and showed me a lot. If you get scammed they’ll fire you quick, even when it’s not your fault and you tried your best. Job security is not there. HR and upper management will not stick up for you either. One mistake and you’re done.
