Pros

The product seems solid, and there are pockets of teams that seem to be better treated and less affected by the toxic work environment.

Cons

The CEO is a complete narcissist. He publicly shames employees in meetings and in the company Slack channels. No one will stand up to him for fear of being one of his next targets. It is THE most toxic place I’ve ever worked.

The company is fully remote. The product itself seems solid.

Cons

Bullying management. Cruel, petty undercutting of their own staff. Chaotic decision-making. Rampant sexism and nepotism. Leadership is catastrophically bad. Cut benefits without warning weeks after joining the company. No game plan. Changes plans on the whim of leadership. High stress, no reward.
