Great Staff Everyone is friendly and outgoing Great events during the Summers Growing company with a lot of potential still to come

None I can think of as long as you are also a friendly person and can get along with coworkers

Pros

Fast growing company that truly cares about employee satisfaction and creating a culture that is collaborative and inviting. The company has a very strong list of clients and they maintain a high level of excellence in serving those clients.

Pros

Fairly flexible working environment. Benefits exist but aren't strong.

Cons

TOXIC hustle. Lots of behind the scenes talking that leads to awful culture. WRETCHED CEO on the Talent side. They put that they are minority-owned on the front door to capitalize on that buzz, but then are run entirely by white, middle aged men. POC are abysmally represented as there are less than a handful working there. It's a sham of a place. Used to have a great company culture, but that went out the window with the political shift in America. Talent side of things is hot garbage. Digital side is finding their way through.
