      Pros

      The people I work with at Horizontal are smart, hardworking, and supportive. My manager is tough but always has our backs. This is probably one of the best teams I’ve ever had the privilege to work with.

      Cons

      There are times during the year when the days and weeks can be long, but management understands this and allows us to balance it out during slower periods.
