I've never been managed by better people - approachable leadership and a great team who supports each other and wants to see everyone succeed

No cons, there's a reason people stick around once they start working here! (And if you know the staffing industry, that's rare.)

It's decent contract work. How the work goes depends on the client/customer you are working for.

Cons

There is no PTO, so you have to take unpaid time off if the schedule allows for it.
