There are individual appreciation groups in India offices created by virtue of employees belonging to same community,school ,society and working in same previous company. These groups keep promoting each other for promotions and salary appraisals and even protecting each other. So be careful before joining because if you are joining without they hiring your group you will be in trouble professionally and individually. It is Nepotism of a different kind and it exists in such organizations too.

Awesome Offices and Flaunty Managers

Cons

The company has beautiful offices , but the office culture, trend setting , destroying carriers is just worst and demotivating with managers just flaunting about their abilities but doing nothing to improve the performance and culture of the teams. Never ever recommend to professionals , don't get impressed by cool offices and cool managers to join the team.

Worst and biased Leadership

No pros. They focus on false marketing hence if you want to showcase yourself on LinkedIn, then you can join.

Cons

The leadership team here is the worst. All they care about is their office and want people to come daily even when it's bad weather outside. They are epitome of exhibiting favouritism and biasness. They care about people who roam around them and say yes to their foolish decisions. If you have a say their, then you're fool to them. They just want people to listen to them ,not take their advice. If you are someone who loves to please people and get promoted,it's a right place for you. If you're someone who is good with work, they will use you like a robot, will put you in different projects. And when you ask for some relief for your benefit ,all they will say is business won't allow. While people who please them are enjoying in the company with 0 knowledge.
