Leadership doesn’t micro manage around outbound calls and arbitrary activity metrics, all metrics for directly into production, flexible with time off, company trip for top performers. Generous commission and bonus structure, open door policy with leadership all the way up to the owners
Great office (hope to be back soon!), fun team outings
They are looking to continued to grow so it’s a competitive atmosphere where high performance is the expectation, but you feel very supported by leadership, training, operations, etc...
Cons
Recruiting/Staffing by nature is really difficult and challenging. That’s not an indictment of Horizontal Talent
