Good Company but Stressful at Times

Pros

Amazing, supportive teammates. Beautiful office space where employees are encouraged to use common spaces. Fully stocked kitchen. Overall good energy.

Cons

The growth and change was difficult to navigate because direction was blurry. Upward mobility is extremely difficult. Top management is not always on the same page.
