Cons

Their clients are mostly in the midwest and they've mostly freelance designers

Private ownership (no board of directors or outside investment); values-first; smart, diverse talent; fast paced and fun work environment; competitive pay and benefits for the size of the organization

Cons

Technical debt and disconnected tools, (disconnected BUs as a result); transitioning from an old-school 'butts-in-seats agency office culture' to embrace outcome-base remote work.... but getting there...; could be too fast-paced for some.
