      Favouritism QA department do not join the company

      - Good infrastructure - Good facilities. - Good higher management. - Great development department, leadership are neutral in development team.

      Cons

      - QA department is treated badly here because of QA Regional practice lead. - They hired Qa regional practice lead which is off no use. - QA regional practice lead has joined the company for favouritism of some employees - QA leads have no talent and just thinking about their growth only. - QA practice lead is allocated project to his favorites only. - QA practice lead sits in his cabin and enjoying AC and doing nothing still Management support him which is really strange. - Thank god I am not in this company anymore.

      Pros

      - All colleagues and team members are good. Always ready to help each other. - Learning and growth opportunity technically - Cafeteria environment is always good.

      Cons

      - No projects pipeline. - No Visibility after 6 months - QA and Content team members are treated like second class citizen - Regional Practice lead QA team is worst person you will ever meet. Just a postman hired by management. - QA team is not growing technically and economically due to one person only. - Salary increment is not done based on your hard work and dedication. - Please do not give feedbacks you feedbacks will not be listened and no action will be taken against it. - No positivity and no genuine appreciation. Every monthly meeting you will see VP is spreading negativity with rough talks.
