Pros

- Nice view - Higher salary compared to the market

Cons

- Poor management - Rude supervisors -They even sent you a letter saying that they don't need you for next year even you just signed contract for several months and do not want to come back. It was so rude of them, just keep it for themselves. - Have a lot of supervisors and do nothing to help. Just watching.
