10yThank you for your comments. We did have some leadership turnover during our first few years as we sought to solidify our identity and practices as a new medical group. We have had our current leadership for two years, and feel that we have made strides in improvement in this area. We have also implemented annual colleague engagement surveys to garner feedback from our colleagues, and then set action plans in place based upon the responses.
