Pros

I guess there is room for growth. Their incentive structures are ok and the Management is pleasant to deal with. They are very energetic about their purpose.

Cons

They outsource their insurance and the benefits are horrendous. It covers nothing and costs a ton. It would be better to be on marketplace than use their benefits. Paid time off and other incentives are available but are way behind the industry standard. Because of the lack of benefits and incentives- turnover is extremely high at many of their hotels.

HVMG is a company that always keeps their promises and lives by their Purpose Statement. I cannot imagine a better company to be a part of and you are a part of something phenomenal working at HVMG.
