HVMG is a company that truly cares about their associates and wants them to LOVE their work! As General Manager, I am "CEO" of my hotel and I have full authority to make the decisions I need to make for the best interests of my hotel and my associates, and I have full support from HVMG Corporate!

Cons

As a relatively small, growing management company, HVMG is going through a lot of changes (most of them for the better!) But, as seasoned hospitality professionals, we should be ready to embrace change and ensure that we have the best products and services for today's guests!

Cons

the purpose of HV is understood by employees, it is the lack of care and trying to do without putting to much resources in to the properties. It is just the business.
