      One manager was a self professed "horrible manager" did not take any interest in communicating with the team. The other manager was so busy dealing with personal issues the work fell to the wayside. for a communication company there was 0 communication or directions

      - While in the field you have access to escalation support from experience techs - Learning new traits and problem solving on spot

      Cons

      - Use of personal cars and tools - Location of destinations are ridiculous ( driving as far as 80 miles of site and then back on same day.) - The company hired a third party contractors that come to work smelling like weed.
