Pros

Mid-level company so it’s easy to network and be in contact with anyone in the company internal job board so you have the opportunity to advance if your department has the bandwidth to release you Remote work is available

Cons

Most departments are tight on staffing and it takes a lot to move around departments/advance Upper management that recently came in made the work environment rigid and fearful due to the changes A lot of managers who are too concerned kissing up to their higher ups to keep their jobs to care about the wellbeing of their team’s processes You have to be a strong advocate for yourself but not too strong because the HR team functions very efficiently for its purpose

Pros

- Gained knowledge of the company's products/services. - Work-from-home - Severance package offer

Cons

- A few apples in management are a bit on the sour side with attitude and inflated egos taunting their years of experience with the company so as to make you feel "less than or inexperienced." - Project management from the top down was a bit messy with backlogged projects from years ago and some projects sitting inactive for months. - There are silos in the company from my observations, departments need more collaboration. Silos can lead to inefficiencies, miscommunication, and a lack of alignment toward the company's overall goals because each department may prioritize its objectives over the company's broader mission. - Some co-workers are unresponsive and/or ignore your messages regarding projects or inquiries to specific questions, Rude and unprofessional, and it's not a team environment I would continue being in. - Employee benefits take effect after 3 months of employment, not very competitive as some companies offer benefits from the first day you are hired.
