      They're are no pros at all

      Cons

      They don't do salary increases. Continue to grow and make more money but not pay employees. No bonuses. Senior management is out of touch. They have grown too big for themselves and do not have people in place that know how to manage it. They lie to customers and instruct you to lie as well. No transparency. No work life balance. Do not care about their employees. Treat you as disposable. Force employees to volunteer just so they can post fotos in LinkedIn for good pr. Absent CEO. Very bad.
