Short staffed in all departments. little to no company incentives or bonuses . awards for working over time include 25-50 dollars (plus over time typical pay). Open 24 hrs no room for work life balance, Favoritism and nepotism is really big here. High Turnover Rate No Learning Management System Awful Management There is no diversity until there is diversity. Which means most of the departments are people of color besides the marketing and hr department. They are an at will state which means you can be let go at any time for no reason at all They underpay their staff. I was a training specialist making 32/hr and my co worker was making 19/ hr with the same job responsibilities as me. No room for growth. People work there for 6 or more years and have not been promoted or provided a raise. All in all believe the google reviews from the customer standpoint.
